All invoices are recurring, which means you will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your Perfect Trade subscription. An email request or a support ticket asking to cancel your subscription is not considered a valid cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the billing section of your membership page

If you cancel the service before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment is received, your subscription will be terminated.

-We do not offer refunds for initial payments. If you are ordering the service for the first time, please ensure that the order is correct before making the payment.

-We do not offer refunds for recurring monthly or annual payments. If you have been charged for the automatic monthly or annualy renewal of the service, you may cancel the subscription to avoid billing for subsequent months.

-We do not offer refunds for upgrades to a more expensive plan or a longer billing cycle. The remaining days will be converted into an equivalent value of days on the new subscription.
